Muscle pain???

My left side is killing me. My shoulder, my arm my chest it all hurts. The top of my shoulder is really tense. You can feel how hard it is. My bisep is really sore and tight. Its causing me alot od anxiety because my brain keeps going to heart attack. But I know its just anxiety and muscle tension. Which worrying about it is making it all worse. My muscle feel really hot and cold at the same time. I'm such a mess right now. I'm just laying in bed crying because I don't know what else to do with myself.

I get muscle pain a lot. I notice it a lot in my legs when walking. Try to relax because it's just tension. The more anxious you are the more tense you will be.

I pulled a muscle in my sternum when I was in my 20s and the pain was directly over my heart and I too thought it heart related , 30 years later I am still here.
Its a good chance it's muscular as seemingly its a bit of a myth about sore arm and shoulder for heart conditions more like pins and needles and numbness. It is natural to be concerned Take Care
