Because I had quite a lot of draft beer on Sunday night and since then this week has been the worst so far as my anxiety and emotions have been shot up so suddenly. And will I feel better? Thanks

I think you've answered your own question.
A lot.
Yeah, AJoe is right. There are pages and pages of similar threads. Alcohol and anxiety aren't exactly best friends and if you're on meds, you need to be especially cautious or abstain all together.

Yeah I found it was best to just not drink. I haven't had an alcoholic drink for maybe 10 years now. I probably could now, but I never even think about it so it doesn't bother me.
Congrats on 10 years, joe
I abstain completely now; as well and I'm doing better overall. Some of the non-alcoholic beers aren't too bad if out with friends .. however they could also be a trigger.
Not sure what you mean by trigger, but I could sip a real beer and be fine. I don't crave alcohol at all and don't get triggered by people drinking around me any more than I get triggered by people eating fruit around me. It's just a total non issue in my brain now.
I do have some brewdog alcohol free beers in the fridge, but I bought a 4 pack 14 months ago and there are still two left. They're really nice, but I never even think about them to want them lol.
