Tingling weird feelings in left breast nipple please help

I’m sorry to post here again but I’m scared this time is really bad. For about a week and a half started having these weird feelings no pain just tingling kinda burning weird feeling in side of left breast.

I have a little spider veins I’ve there assumed it was them but this continues now my nipple is tingling I looked at it it’s not red or anything looks normal feels like a cut in it but I always felt that there. I’m worried about ductal cancer and pagets that is causing these feelings and my nipple keeps getting hard and I’m scared I’m dying. Anyone have this feeling know what it could be please tell me it not anything bad it just doesn’t feel normal I’ve never had this feeling before

Try not to panic, it could be hormonal or irritation from clothing or soap powder?
There's a multitude of things that could cause this to happen x

The nipple keeps getting hard and burning other one isn’t and I can’t go wrong to dr cause me and family have to quarantine for 10 days

I worry this is really it for me this has never happened before. I can’t sleep no position is comfortable it just burns and gets hard it was worse after putting on Vaseline

At least I want to know if it’s normal that one side that isn’t red but feels tingling burns is hard other nipple isn’t or doesn’t get hard till after let me know know that’s normal

Also i have huge boobs they have lot of stretchmarks and you know cellulite when I lay down it looks like dent but when I sit up don’t see it is this just cellulite I notice it in both boobs now I’m freaked out worrying this is dimpling

Why isn’t anyone helping I don’t feel right about this and then no one is assuring me it’s normal

7 years on the forum Sgirl. Has reassurance ever really helped you? If you're that concerned, see a doctor
