A spot on my palm-side finger was sore one day like it was irritated or some sort. It got better after a day but it formed a small waxy scar-like patch on my palm side finger! I did a stupid decision to google my symptom and now I think I have Basal Cell Cancer/Melanoma.
I'm arguing to myself that I've hurt my finger somehow and formed a scar but I'm scared! I'm only 18 and scared to get cancer.

I really doubt it, I just has a biopsy for BCC and it was clear. Even if it was (which is very unlikely) BCC is not like other cancers. They just cut it out and its gone plus it does not kill you or spread. Go see a dermatologist if your really worried.
