    Checking back in :)

I used this forum many years ago, and made a good online friend on here actually!

My life has changed a lot since then. I went from being stuck at home finding it hard to go out, to going back into education and moving out and going to university! I have also recently got into a relationship, which is both exciting and scary at the same time!

Anyway I guess having a partner has given me extra motivation to address my issues further. I'm a PTSD sufferer with the resulting anxiety and depression as well. I struggle with loneliness too, perhaps not so much because I don't meet people, but because I struggle to let myself out of my shell and get to know people.

I'm here to be part of the community and also look for tips and advice that may help me through my daily life.

    Wishing you a good day
