Hi everyone
I recently noticed I had a yellow tongue with stuff on it I could scrape off. I had a very dark yellow curry sauce for dinner (a lot of it) which may have caused it. I also read online (I was doing so well with HA until this) that it could be caused by an infection or something. Now I do have a sort infected fingernail but I'm not sure the two are linked.
Not sure what to do.

If it was a one off and you know you had curry sauce then why not just ignore it?
