Warm skin and ears

Last few days I’ve been feeling warm on occasions and my ears have been feeling warm and hot.

I’ve had this before and doctor said it’s 100% anxiety , it’s like my skin feels warm and prickly!

Anybody else gets this and can confirm it’s anxiety

This also happens to me. It could be related to Cortisol levels - a stress hormone - this in turn can cause this warm feeling.
