Heard a voice? Partial seizure? Schizophrenia?

Last night I was on tiktok watching someone’s live stream, I heard a voice which I thought was from my phone, it said “hello typer typer” something like that, in a strong male british accent, it wasn’t from the person doing the livestream as they were female and it wasn’t the same voice? I’m so confused. I’m freaking out thinking it was some partial seizure or the start of schizophrenia. At first i thought it was like someone watching me through my phone camera and saying hello. Am I going mad or what???

An ad? Something on the TikToker's end that came through on the audio?

There is an online game called TypeRacer, so maybe it was something to do with this?

There will be many simple explanations for this - you're not going mad.
