Does this sound like a fissure?

Hi all

Since December I've had 3 occasions of slight red bleeding.
I seem like I can tell when it'll happen as I get a pain in my bottom before hand.
Last occasion was last night, needed the loo and couldn't go straight away, my bottom then hurt and when I went I had red blood outside the poo and my bottom hurt.
Ive had in Dec and then start of April.
I have been to the drs about this. Had a bum exam, bloods and a poo test done all normal.

Last night after I went my bottom hurt for a while afterwards.

Yes. I have one that has been coming and going for years. I also have internal hemorrhoids and they can cause the same symptoms. I wouldn’t worry about this at all.

Get youself a sitz bath and soak your botty after pooing. And I DEFY you NOT to want to pee in the warm water!
