    Strange sounds

My ibs has gotten somewhat better with medication but I have one symptoms that keeps coming back. Those weird sounds in my guts. It’s always from the same spot on the left side, more in my pelvis than stomach, and it sounds like groaning or high pitched whining! It can be very loud and audible. Sometimes it flares up more when I have the pain from ibs. I know probably just gas but I am scared it’s a sign of something being wrong like a blockage. I really hate it because I can’t control it and my intestines will suddenly contribute to a quiet conversation...not good for the social anxiety either.

Yes...I’m on a meal plan with my dietician eating regular meals and snacks every day. It’s not my stomach growling from hunger, lower down than that.
