People often don't, unfortunately.
I know you're opposed to taking meds, but citalopram has completely changed my life.

Have you suffered with this and in jaw? X
Not sure? Definitely had a tight jaw before.

Hi there,
I just read your advice about taking meds and saw you are on Citalopram. I agree wholeheartedly. I don't like the idea of it either, but together with CBT I'm hoping it will help me on the road to recovery.
I started taking it almost 2 weeks ago, 10mg for extreme HA which has developed into depression really quickly. I'm not sure it's working yet, particularly as my anxiety has plummeted to new depths on several occasions in this time. How long did it take to work for you?
You will have to let me know how you get on, I need to do something 😞
