Best gentle foods for IBS flareup

I'm refusing to Google (and I'm doing very well) so I'm having an ibs flareup at the moment which is terrible and eating isn't going well, which in turn produces anxiety. Anyone have any go to foods that really help when they're having a flareup?

    The FODMAP diet

Keep a journal as not all foods good or bad cause an issue.
