Numb scalp??

I know the facts. If it went away that fast it can’t be something bad but I’m still so scared.

So I had the weirdest thing happen this morning. I woke up and my entire scalp was numb! It went away after I got up and went to the restroom. Like it tingled like when your hand goes numb after laying on it and it went away within like a minute! Could it have been my sleep position or cpap mask on too tight??

I get a numb scalp when I play VR sometimes, same reason.
