    Phone calls or face-to-face CBT?

    Which do you guys think is more effective as CBT? I think a lot of people will say face-to-face and I'd be inclined to agree. However I need advice because my therapist, thanks to COVID, has very limited times and days to do face-to-face but can do phone calls more. Thanks

    For all the good it did me, the last time I had CBT it was held online. It did have an advantage in that you could download a transcript of each session to keep for your own records and give you something to refer back to, which you may find useful.

    CBT doesn't work for me.
