It's been a good day!
Great to hear that things are a bit more stable for you. Take it a day at a time and don't worry if some days are not as good as others.
It doesn't have to be a long road. Just remind yourself not to take on too much at work in these early days and pace yourself as much as you can. I'm sure your colleagues will be looking out for you.
Don't let your husband's health anxiety drag you down either. He'll have become used to you always being available for him regardless of what you have been going through yourself. It's time for him to take responsibility for his own mental health and hopefully therapy will be a starting point.

Hi catkins,
I agree with Pulisa when she says "don't let your hubby's mental health drag you down". Being empathetic can be draining and leave you feeling very negative.
Try to compensate any negativity in a day with finding time for yourself with some 'me' time.
You are doing incredibly well catkins. xx
Sorry I've been silent lately, Catkins. I'm nervous about work tomorrow, too. Will be thinking of you and cheering you on.

Two weeks until the team goes away, and then I'll be doing some part-time work and having some holiday leave.
I had the best night last night, felt too stressed to leave the house but my husband dragged me out to a fire festival in a park across town. Didn't get back til almost midnight, and I still can't get the smell of the smoke out of my hair. It was wonderful!
