I hope he had a better night..

    He didn't really, slightly easier.

I woke up in a complete panic wondering how he was and then getting really anxious about work so I bit the bullet and just phoned the GP for another sick note.

Feeling low about it to be honest. Just don't think I'm ready to go back again yet.

Don't beat yourself up over it? There's no point in pushing yourself too hard.

I know, I just feel like a failure.

I've also tried to get in touch with a private counselor I used to see to see if I could book some time with her.

I was quite optimistic yesterday but it's all gone tits up today. I'm even considering phoning the crisis team again.

You're not a failure, you're not well and it's NOT your fault.

Call the crisis line if you need to, or just chat to us - I lose it completely if I think my husband's ill, got a thread from the other Christmas where he had flu and I was so stressed I thought I had a panic attack and it actually turned out to be gastroenteritis!

    You're not alone x

Thank you. I've contacted them and they're ringing back and a friend is coming round too.

I've taken a tablet they said I could take if my anxiety was bad. It's the same as for when I sleep I hope it kicks in too.

I thought I was making improvements, I thought my head was in the right place. I don't know why it changed this morning. I just feel all the problems with Mike's health is never ending and I'm never going to feel better.

Ffs, I have travelled all over the world, I've done so many different things. I've been to festivals and concerts and I can't cope with anything now.
