Take things at your own pace and don't expect too much of yourself. It's YOUR holiday too so I hope your husband does his bit to help you after all you have done to support him recently.

I will keep waving out the window as we go along the coast. So if you see a middle aged woman with dodgy highlights and rather frizzy hair (forgot my Frizz Ease and hair bands) waving frantically with a Border Terrior on her knee, it'll be me!

Update: I found the frizz ease thankfully. But unfortunately checked the medicaments bag and my propanolol must have fallen out when it was on the dining table. I only take 20mg before bed so it's not a major disaster. I have 20mg in my pill cutter from last night, so that can be for an emergency and my back up plan is that if all else fails I can go to an A&E dept or something and explain the situation.

Also unfortunately whilst flapping about trying to find the propanolol I accidentally took my bedtime promethazine 2 hours early. So I guess it's an early night for me!
