I don't know how to be objective. The anxiety stops all rational thinking
You need to learn, and you can learn. I've been in your position.
It just requires a commitment to dismissing the irrational thoughts even if you're doing it every other second at first.

No that's true. So would you rather remain unprotected and take your chances with this Indian variant? No way of knowing what will happen if you choose not to have your 2nd dose today.

I'm not sure whether anyone has died from clots supposedly following the 2nd dose but I don't read the Daily Mail.
We don't know the medical histories of these people anyway.
You have a choice, rainbow and no one is forcing you to have a 2nd dose if you don't want one.
I honestly want to have it done but how do I cope with the anxiety for the next month?
By sitting with the anxiety and dismissing the thoughts each time they come into your head.
