    Tingling

    Hi

    My anxiety has been pretty bad recently and I’ve woke up today with tingling in my hands it comes and goes and I had this years ago when my anxiety was bad!

    Anybody else suffer with this when there anxiety is high

    Definitely had it.

    It's part of the flight or fight response. As your anxiety disappears so will the tingling.

    Been feeling everyday and I can’t tell anymore whether it’s triggered by anxiety or something else.
