Hiya I suffer bad health anxiety and I'm freaking out , I have ibs and gerd and suffer bad panic attacks . Week before last I had back to back panic attacks so my ibs started to flare up and gerd had on off nausea so didn't est much wasnt being sick though. Had loose stools. Think I had a gastroenteritis bug. Started feeling okthen yest my poos have been normal I went for a wee about a hour after a bowel movement then lost some mucus but no hard stool this sent my anxiety high then about 12pm I ran to the bathroom for a normal poo. Today I've had right side belly pain not that bad I need to take medication also bloated and lost abit of mucus again couple hours after a normal bowel movement ..does this sound like IBS before I go rubbing to the doctors once again
