I gave up sugar many years ago (and don't do artificial sweeteners) and it kicked my soda habit. Even though I've not been sugar-free for many years, I never really got back into soda. Now I'll have it once in a while as a special treat - like a really nice root beer somewhere that makes it fresh. An ice cold can of Coke is also wonderful on a hot day. My family and I drink a ton of sparkling water, though, to get that fizzy fix!
Not often. Over the years fizzy drinks have destroyed my teeth. I rarely eat sweets or chocolate these days for the same reason. If I do have the odd one it's usually Rubicon.
