I've posted in here so much I normally go once a day that's always been the norm for me and normally around same time, when I dont go around the same time I start to think I'm constipated which makes me strain sometimes that what I've been doing last couple days so been getting pain in my actual bum sorry tmi!! But today I actually went with the urge with only a little straining but there was a little blood in stool so its freaked me out alot where I've rsng the docs waiting for a call back.. its probably hemorrhoid as I do have them on the outer of bum but I think could be an internal one but I'm freaking out its bowel or colon cancer !!!
