Yes Fishmanpa! Although my anxiety brain hears that and gets stuck on ‘tempting fate’ so I can’t ever completely settle. I’ve noticed that this type of thinking is a huge component of my anxiety.

Hi flatterycat,.... still there��so I bit the bullet and booked in next Tuesday.

im so bloody nervous and scared, because it just feels like more, u know.? I’m going to get him to check for diabetes, and hopefully if I can get myself worked up to a FBC and gosh fingers crossed nothing shows up.

ive never thought I’d hope it would be diabetes ... that’s how scared I am.
