I came across this video while surfing the net, and IMO, the information is accurate, and it's all things we should know. I think it especially would help those new to anxiety and depression and those considering therapy. It also clarifies OCD, bipolar, depression and anxiety.



The only thing I wish it touched on was ADHD. So many people think because they are inattentive once in awhile or having trouble focusing, that they might have ADHD...when really it is a lot more complicated than that.
