I promise u can do it. It took me 5 attempts to have it done. I went today and got it. The anxiety is so so so so much worse then having it. U don’t even feel it and then the wait after is no where near as bad as the scenarios ur mind plays out . It will be ok I Promise xxxxxx

Having a huge cry because my jab is this afternoon, no family or friends understand my anxiety and just say I'm an anti vaxer. Far from it actually. I've explained my fear of side effects we know of (flu like) and ones we don't. I have an ongoing eustachian tube dysfunction issue, suspected not confirmed and waiting ENT appointment but terriefed the jab will make it worse. Its slightly improved so scared I'll be back to square one. Sorry for rambling, I'm terrified. Not of the needle, of the after.

Honestly, do your best to go through with it, the peace of mind you get from knowing that you have protection is such a good feeling.

I was super nervous before mine, I felt sick, dizzy and almost backed out but I had it and I didn’t get any side effects. All that worry for nothing.

But I did take paracetamol before bed and again the next morning just in case I had any side effects but nope!

Thank you, was very overwhelmed by different stations but everyone was nice. Didn't get a sticker though so not sure it counts 😉

I was VERY nervous, almost on verge of tears but I'm doing this for everyone else. I feel a bit tired but not sure if that's pyschosymatic.
