Can i ask which vaccine you had? Xxx

I know this might sound silly to say but if I ever feel iffy after a vaccine (flu or whatever) I tell myself 'good, it means it's working on getting those antibodies sorted for me'.

    Hope that helps.
I have been keeping on top of the paracetamol hoping for a better day tomorrow xxx

Hi Lilly, the NHS website says that side effects can last for up to 7 days so it’s not unusual to still be feeling rubbish. Hopefully you’ll feel a little better tomorrow again.

My fiancé had 4 or 5 days of feeling terrible after hers, she felt really ill and was exhausted.

Had my first pfizer on Saturday and still feel a bit rubbish. I was shaking Saturday night, but now I'm a bit tired and a little dizzy.

I think all the scare stories in the news don't help. It really makes anxiety worse 😭

Hang in there - Paracetamol should help you!

I agree with you Worriedmuch that the scaremongering in the media isn't helping the situation, and could possibly (dare I say it) lead to 'psychosomatic' symptoms. I was OK following my first jab back in Feb but slightly iffy following my second in early May, but nothing serious and only for about 24 hours or so the day after.
