It cannot be good to be anxious. I just worry about this stuff, especially my blood pressure due to anxiety. I try to relax, but it's not easy. I need to do some mindfulness or something.

I mean it’s normal for blood pressure to increase with anxiety, it’s an appropriate body response but it’s temporary.
Even though one has anxiety it doesn’t mean their blood pressure is high 24/7. You will possibly see an increase when your having symptoms of anxiety but once it passes the blood pressure will decrease.
This is not something you should worry yourself over 😊
Keep in mind too, there are plenty of people who have high blood pressure that isn't related to anxiety - it can be easily managed.

I can become obsessed with my blood pressure, but I find when I take it at home it changes all the time, so know I don’t bother anymore x
