Hello. First, excuse me for my English, it's not my first language, but I don't know where to search for support, so I find you guys.
I'm 25 years old woman. I have Panic dissorder for couple of years now. At the moment I don't use any medication and I was kinda fine, except for the part that I didn't travel at all after my first panic attacks. This week my family and I are going to a vacation in different town and as you can imagine I am mortified. Every time I cancel my vacation in the last minute because of anxiety, so I'm here to find a way to avoid panic attacks and anxiety while travelling and actually going on a trip this time.

I'm glad you joined us and I do hope you will fine some way to enjoy your vacation with your family - I know its hard and I've also had trouble traveling - haven't in years actually. Small steps count and getting out to get fresh air is a start. Wishing you well.
