Stomach cancer ovarian cancer worries

I suffer panic attacks and health anxiety, I have gerd and ibs

I noticed I always bloat at the top of my stomach which can cause me to have abit shortness of breath and burping alot
I dont know if my anxiety makes it worse because I worry about it. It comes in waves so dont have it all the time. But I'm freaking out as you can get these symptoms with ovarian cancer or I'm panicking its stomach cancer. Anyone else experience this?

The other thing it causes is hyperventilation which - guess what - makes you short of breath and burpy.

I get that all the time, Gerd and ibs like you - also got big fibroids which are harmless but can cause bloating. Maybe worth checking for those with your doctor x

I think you would be like it all the time. My mum has ovarian cancer and she was bloates constantly to the point she looked pregnant
