    A different ALS fear

I’ve had various bouts of anxiety over this disease over the years and I dread when I get health anxiety over it, but here I am again. And I already know it’s gonna sound ridiculous, but please hear me out and possibly offer some reassurance.
My dominant arm is my right arm and I can do more reps with it at the gym. But when I workout my dominant arm ‘burns’ more than my weaker one. It sometimes feels like my left arm is being lazy. Even if I do reps on my biceps until I can’t lift it anymore my dominant arm will be the one to burn more. Anyone else get this?

How is that even remotely related to ALS?

Just worried it’s a case where it is an early sign of my muscle not working properly. Like maybe the muscle isn’t getting that burning feeling because it is getting weaker and not working correctly. Maybe I noticed the lack of burn before any actual loss of strength.

Do you think I am being ridiculous? You’ve never heard of anything like this before? My muscle does still burn a little bit, but nothing like my right arm muscle.

I’m been lying in bed this morning and I’ve realised that I can tense my right bicep really well but can barely tense my left one. It’s making me really nervous. I feel so hot and scared right now. Anyone else have this?

No offense but this might be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read. Talk about clutching at straws
