Thyroid issue out of the blue

Hi. I am a new member. I have been having anxiety for many years. I am37 single , no kids. I have had a lot of bad experiences in my life because of my upbringing. Last year I took Prozac for the first time . It was the best time of my life. I quit taking it because I had some side effects like hair loss and problems with urine. I also felt much better thus I wanted to stop taking it. Probably a huge mistake. Almost a month ago I went for blood test. My Tsh slightly increased 3.83 normal range 4.20. I also had an ultrasound and revealed a nodule 7.5 mm. I went to a ent and ordered full blood test. I got the results they came back normal even the Tsh went to 3.11. I am worried about the nodule the doctor told me to have another ultrasound in 3-4 months. I am so scared and I can’t live my life properly. I have an irrational fear for surgery I believe that surgery equals death.
