Lumpy breasts and pregnant

I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and a couple of weeks ago I noticed when I lie on my back and press into my breast tissue I can feel a lump.
I went to doctors but after 10 mins of looking the doctor couldn’t find it and thinks I’m feeling breast tissue.

I have extensive history of HA however I am now convinced my breasts are riddled with C and I’m going to die before getting to even meet my baby.

I am at doctors again tomorrow so will beg them to refer me to breast clinic but what if they find C. I’m so worried for me and my baby.

Has anyone else had bumpy breasts when pregnant?

Does anyone else wish they could have a prophylactic mastectomy? It’s been a weird wish of mine since I heard about them (my longest running fear is BC, I even used to be scared of it when I was 5 which is so depressing).

I am currently having very dark thoughts which are starting to scare me.

I have dense breast tissue and it can often feel lumpy and this varies with my hormones and with you being pregnant your hormones will be all over the place. If your GP has checked you out and isn't concerned, just keep trying to reassure yourself.

Have you had any help with you HA? It might be worth discussing this with your GP?
