Possible blood in poo

Hi bit worried,

Went to toilet and when wiped I saw very small red flecks. I examined them carefully but it didn't look like blood as they came off the paper easily. There was no other discolouration in the bowl of the toilet and when I wiped again I didn't see anymore. I have no other off symptoms.

The only reason I can think off was that I had bolognaise sauce but idk if that would have digested by now as I only ate it recently.

I'm thinking skin from either tomato or red pepper. Sometimes skins aren't easy to digest.

Sounds like bits of tomato or vegetables. I have that from time to time. Nothing to worry about!
