I was under the impression that the guidance doesn't come into force until April. So why would they be sacking NHS workers now? Plus the NHS is so short staffed that why would they actively get rid of staff now just as we're approaching winter.

I was prescribed risperidone in 2013, its a heavy duty drug that zonked me out so I stopped taking it.
