Heya, I know I shouldn't have done it but I did do it and now it won't leave my thoughts. During exam of my breast I decided to squeeze my nipple, when I did that, there was white bumps coming out of my nipple. It wasn't very thin. That scared me! Now I keep trying to see if I can see it again but there's nothing more coming out and I'm very sore now. I'm terrified this what I had could be a sign of breast cancer. Is this normal ? Has anyone else had this? I went to the doctor yesterday and he examined my breasts and said he couldn't find or see anything weird but ofc he made the comment that I could return in 6 weeks.. in combination with what I saw and his words that I could see him again in 6 weeks, I'm terrified its a sign of cancer. I sound silly, but I hope someone can help me out.
