I find it helps if I'm feeling slightly anxious, if I'm feeling really anxious sometimes I feel it makes me worse but I think a lot of it with me is a mental thing. I've definitely found that if I take it before a night out etc if I'm feeling a little anxious it helps me deal with it. During a big anxiety attack when I'm feeling terrible it doesn't really help.It's definitely something I keep in my bag though.

Hi there,

I have only recently started using this, I put drops directly onto my tongue, I would like to think its working however I wonder if its psychological lol.

I have never tried it in water, would there be much difference to using it on the tongue??

I have used it for about 15 years as a prevention rather than cure, it helps but only mildly. I've just ordered some Muktavati, will let you know how it goes

I have only tried Rescue remdy today, I have heard of it before but didnt know really what it was used for. I cant say if it has worked yet as I only ventured out the house to get it 20 mins ago.
