@Pulisa Most likely, and yeah I do, do that a lot with many things lol
@JulieJay92 That’s good to hear, yeah it should be, I just always think the worst with my anxiety. Thank you! 🙂
@Speranza We’ll good to hear it was okay for you and daughter. Lots seem to have fine experience or mild, which is good.
I've been having a couple panic attacks today, from all the built up anxiety to getting my 2nd booster vaccine tomorrow. It sounds silly, but its those kind of panic attacks where you feel your stomach has butterflies (not the good kind) and just feel jittery and shaky. I don't usually get panic attacks like that, but its usually a fear thing.
I'm trying not to get overly anxious about getting it tomorrow, and finding ways to stay calm and relaxed but its been a little hard. I hate that I get like this sometimes, a build up of anxiety and fear. It has been good that everyone has been saying they were fine, and worst was just feeling a little achy or so. Whereas my brain has solely focused on the myocarditis, and heart inflammation. I feel rather overwhelmed by my own thoughts on this whole subject, which is why I'm having such panic attacks.
Hang on in there, you can do this!
Just had my 2nd vaccine this morning, was super anxious but that was due to tummy pains I was having from yesterday and not the injection itself. Nurse was lovely, said to drink plenty of water, if I got any flu like symptoms to take some paracetamol and take it easy for the next couple days.
So far, it all went well, arm little sore but not very.
Thank you for reporting in :-) somehow it feels like sticking together makes us a bit stronger.
I'm going in 3 days for #2
@NancyW yeah it does, feels like we can talk to each other here about worries and such. Hope all goes well and let us know how you get on 🙂
I'll also keep updated on this thread how I'm getting on too.
@Catkins thank you! 🙂
