Thank you. You’re right completely. I’m doing everything I possibly can. Eating healthy. Not drinking.

I had to get blood work today. Normally I can just shrug it off but when I'm on the HA spiral it's such a pain.

I've had a silghtly elevated liver enzyme (alt I think) for like, 10 years...no one's ever been too concerned. I've seen fluctuations in the actual 'normal' range from different sources, so where my Dr puts me into 'slightly elevated,' somewhere else I fall into normal. Also weird is that sometimes it's absolutely completely normal, weird.

I also have been diagnosed with fatty liver, came on after I had complained about pain under my right rib / upper abdomen. Had an ultrasound, didn't hear anything until I called the doctor. Again, no one's ever been concerned!

It really helps so much to not be alone in this. Family and friends can say oh I know I know calm down but coming from people that know the struggle it helps so much.
