Freaking out

Me and my family was in haven and got back on Monday
My daughter started with a cold on holiday and on tuesday my son woke with a runny nose I woke with a sore throat
Last couple days I've had abit of a cough ear pain headache o ly for couple hours no temp, just hot because ths weather. I did lateral flow tests on us all they was negative I've not had jabs because of my health anxiety, I'm waiting for results from gov test n im freaking out its covid 😭

It's a good sign that the lateral flow tests were negative. You did right to get tested if you were concerned.

Try and keep busy and distract yourself while you wait for the results.
