    Genital warts and cervical cancer

    Hi
    Has anyone had genital warts please my partner has just be told he has them and now freaking out I have them too .....
    I'm also concerned I have cervical cancer now ......all my smears have always been clear last one 2 years ago due next march for next one...
    I split with my long term ex husband 2 years ago nearly and I slept with a few people in between my old and new partner and now worried I have picked something up or he has given me something even tho he says he's only been with me and his ex partner 😪
    Also that I have cervical have that has been missed has anyone had genital warts please and had clear smears

    Why don't you go for an STD screening? It's worth getting everything checked if you've had a few partners since your marriage broke up.

    My sister did after her marriage broke up and she entered the single market again.

    Thankyou I'm defiantly going to do that....its just if my partner has it chances are i have it or I have have gave it to him 🤦*♀️...but where do I go from here, does it clear up itself ? I'm now worrying I have cervical cancel aswell if I have the have hpv from the warts 😪

    Cervical cancer worry

    Hi
    I was with my ex husband for 14 years always and clear smears last one was 2 and half years ago due one next march....
    I separated from my ex husband just over a year ago and have had 4 sexual partners since then...im now worried I'm going to have hpv at my next smear test and freaking out I have cervical cancer ....help please...

    How can we help you? Seriously.... I understand people have sexual needs, but in today's world, its prudent to be up front and candid when it comes to sex with new partners. If you're that concerned, get tested

    The types of HPV that cause genital warts are not the same as the types of HPV that can cause cancers.

    Make an appointment with GYN, they can advise you.
