Weird sensation in left arm - weak, tingly, odd??

Hi everyone.

I’m a long-term sufferer of anxiety and over the years have had all sorts of physical symptoms I can attribute to hyper-focus/anxiety. This one is new though.

For about a week I’ve felt as if my left arm, hands and fingers are weak, stiff and less dexterous. I’ve been focused on this and it kind of went away yesterday when I had a few drinks with friends and was distracted.

However, now it’s back and also had muscle twitching on my left bicep today too.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just another symptom of anxiety (as well as the usual background health anxiety, I’ve been stressed at work), or something more to be worried about?

Would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Hi , I’m going through this now too. Mainly my left hand/ arms feels clumsy, almost like it’s not doing what I want it to but it actually is. I’ve not actually dropped or can’t do anything it’s just a feeling that it’s clumsy.
I don’t know any other way to describe it as it’s very odd.
