    A quote to read...

I remember my good friend sent me this quote last year, I was afraid me and my ex were going downhill, and my fear made it worse. But I stumbled across it recently and thought how it would help me with panic/anxiety. I'm hoping by reading it, it will help others too.

    I must not fear.
    Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.

    I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.

And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
    Only I will remain.

Wow, I love that quote. Brought a tear to me eye

I'm feeling a bit down and my relationship at the moment. It just goes round in a vicious cycle doesn't it. We've got to learn to let the fear wash over us. Its not easy though.

Beautiful words. I'm halfway through Dune at the moment.
