Multiple symptoms adding up to ?

Scared I have something serious now, cold feet, dizzy spells, aches and pains, really weird feeling in solar plexus when I press and it feels more noticeable .. Outer tip of Elbow joint has swollen has happened before but been like this for a few weeks and is sore . If I feel no better Monday will need to contact doc. Very stressed .

Yet you must remember that you recently had a full blood count done which was normal so that is reassuring to some extent?

What do you think you've got?

Are you having any help for your HA? Can you distract yourself at all or is your anxiety 24/7?

As opposed to all the other times when you didn't think you had something serious?

Cold feet? Stick some socks on. (I've had cold hands an feet all my life)

Aches and pains? To be expected with someone your age Sleepless..

Anxiety is the number one cause of solar plexus pain, and poking it won't help! This is fight or flight.

What are you doing about your health anxiety?

It's mental health therapy you need.

If this is something that's available to you, make use of it - for sure!

Please make use of your company's MH facility? There's a long wait for NHS therapy so if you can get help quickly go for it!
