Panic attack after 2nd jab!

I had my second vaccine today and feel pretty ropey too. It’s the immune system doing it’s job and nothing to worry about…. X

I felt a little bit the same following my second (Pfizer) jab back in early May, but was mostly back to normal again after about 2 days at the most.
