Ankle pain swelling

I have ankle pain hurts when I walk up the stairs or stretch upright . Not sure if I’ve torn a ligament or something although I don’t re call injuring myself . It looks swollen slightly where I’ve circled I’m freaking out that I have heart failure or something. Anyone has similar or any advice please

I had something VERY similar, and eventually remembered a slight accident I had had which I am sure triggered it.

As far as I know, swelling related to heart issues isn't particuarly painful - I'm not a medic though.
