Heart Worries

I’ve always been concerned about my heart in the past I’ve had faster heart rate, and ectopic beats, which prompted me to see a cardiologist, everything was satisfactory for him, although I believe it isn’t.

Lately I’ve been checking my heart rate and resting it’s in the 60s and I’ve checked my watched and my sleep rate is in the 50s, of course I have googled this and it’s an issue, I’m terrified, I don’t think my doctor would send me back to a cardiologist at all.

I’m a 25 year old female, 7stone, and 5ft… I’m not sure if this contributes to the heart rate being slower than usual but I’m so scared.

Any advice welcome!

Those resting heart rates is further proof your heart is healthy. Those are great numbers.
