Nipple discharge

This is going to sound a bit strange but I have to ask so I can nip this in the bud before it becomes a huge issue for me.

A couple of months ago I noticed a small grey/oil stain on the inside of my lighter coloured bras right where my nipples are. I’ve never noticed it before but have recently changed the style I wear. I noticed it again last week and wondered if it was hormone related as I was on my period but I’ve also noticed it at other times.

The rational side of me is saying if it was anything to worry about it probably wouldn’t be on both sides and would show on my pyjama tops over night. It’s probably just where I’m hot and sweaty all day.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Thank you for replying. I’ve had a read through and looks like there’s a few ladies on the same boat and nothing ever come of it.

This is still playing on my mind a little so I found an old bra in the back of a my wardrobe. It’s dark so it’s hard to see but the same marks are on there. I’ve read that it’s normal for some woman in their 30s-50s. I’m gonna keep an eye on it and mention it to my dr next week
