Housing issue- Anxiety worse than ever

I hope everyone is well, it has been a while since I have posted.

I have been managing so well and have been using techniques along with sertraline to live life normally.

However on Monday, our landlord messaged with 3 months notice as he has lost is job and needs to move back. I have two boys who have just started secondary school and we were so settled. I now feel like a failure and have not slept for 2 nights, have severe nausea and everything feels dark. Myself and my wife have long term jobs, we don't smoke and don't have pets however my credit is not great because I had to go bankrupt 2 years ago. My credit is improving and I have a credit card to build it etc but it still shows on the file for another 4 years. The rental market is crazy as it is. Nothing makes me feel better and I need strength but my resilience has gone. My GP put my sertraline to 150mg but will that help? I am trying breathing exercises etc but nothing works. Why does life do this to me-

Can you approach the local council? They might be able to help in some way?
