For the past month or so I have noticed not a elimination but a large decrease in my PVCs. Some days I feel none and the days I have them they dont last long, thuds arent as hard, and all in all really are triggered by eating heavier meals. At this point the only other time is the day after having too many drinks OR severe stress. The funny part is my life has become more stressful as my parent's cancer is getting worse and now they just got Covid. The only thing I have changed is I started taking vitamin C and fish oil for other reasons. Would this help anything? Or just a large coincidence? I think one main reason we are so scared of these palps even after being checked out is because they just seem to make no sense and their triggers vary or change.
