I hear of people cleaning down and baskets in shops but maybe does little.

Where I work we're supposed to wipe down the kit we use before we use it, and at the end of the day when it's put away for its next use. I have to say I seldom see people do it and the number of cases of Covid we've had at work has been negligible - and I suspect those who have had it caught it elsewhere.

When Covid first happened I used to take a spray can of isopropyl alcohol and a tissue roll to sanitise trolley handles: now I don't bother, but I will give my hands a squirt of sanitiser when I get in the car after shopping and before I take my mask off.

Sadly the mask never stopped my wife getting it. I believe it was at the funeral or house valuation..

But you can’t get COVID again prob for six months so 2nd one wouldn’t do much good would it? I have been regularly temp checking myself 32 degrees at moment

You’re sitting obsessing over this, wouldn’t it be easier to just test yourself and get it over with? I understand that would be stressful for you, but surely sitting obsessively Googling and checking your temperature is causing you far more stress?

Honestly, it seems like you could save yourself a lot of anguish if every now and again you became a bit more proactive in tackling your concerns. Try to help yourself.

I don’t have my saliva tests yet and no I am in isolation so if I had it I would be clear of it go back to work anyway. That’s why I am in doors for 11 days now
